The Town Hall is proud to announce the weekly rebroadcast starting January 7, 2021 of a full 7-episode season of PREFORMANCES™ entitled Season of Hope. Soprano Allison Charney founded PREFORMANCES™ to give audiences the opportunity to see classical musicians perform and workshop compositions in advance of major engagements. After 11 live seasons, Charney turned the program into a virtual series, bringing classical music to audiences at home.

On December 22nd, Allison Charney will join The Town Hall's Melay Araya in a conversation about PREFORMANCES™, the history of classical music at The Town Hall and what audiences can expect of the new partnership.
