Dear Friends of Deva Premal & Miten –

With the ongoing uncertainty and restrictions relating to the COVID-19 pandemic we are unable to proceed with Deva Premal & Miten’s North America tour. The New York concert scheduled for May 5, 2022 is being cancelled.

We are sorry for any disappointment and disruption this may cause and send many thanks to all who so graciously held onto your tickets through 2020 and 2021.

All purchased tickets will be refunded.

Refund Procedures

Refunds will be for the ticket price – but not the ticketing fees. The ticket agency needs to be compensated for their involvement in the sale and refund of tickets.

Any tickets purchased within the past six months (after August 15, 2021) will be refunded from BrightStar Events through the credit card used for the purchase.

Tickets purchased prior to August 15, 2022 will require more involvement from you. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

 - These tickets will be refunded directly from Prabhu Music – Deva Premal & Miten’s management company. Credit card companies do not issue refunds beyond six months of purchase date.

 - Refund payments can be made via PayPal or check. For this we will need your PayPal address or mailing address. YOU NEED TO INFORM PRABHU MUSIC HOW YOU WISH TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND PAYMENT and provide the needed information.

- You will receive an email shortly with this same information that you can respond to with your payment information.

 - For questions, comments and payment information, please contact Paul Temple at PTemple@PrabhuMusic.net

We are grateful for your support and ask your patience in handling these direct refund payments. It will take some time to get all the payments made.

Join world-renowned chant artists Deva Premal & Miten with Manose for a deep immersion into the healing realm of the heart. In the year that Deva Premal is nominated for a Grammy award (2020) for her album DEVA, and Miten is winning international acclaim for his album Devotee, the couple are once again renewing their special relationship with audiences around the globe through the transcendent medium of mantra.

The On the Wings of Mantra tour transforms concert halls into sacred temples:

Miten: “The Wings of Mantra gatherings are not concerts in the accepted sense. We don’t see ourselves as entertainers or ‘performers’. Our music is created as a communal experience, to lighten the load of the day-today existence and to open the door to a deeper, more profound experience..."

Deva: “Every theatre becomes a temple when we gather to give thanks through sacred chant. Our voices, ecstatic and harmonious, provide the soil for transformational experience. And it always happens. Mantra chanting never fails to uplift the tired spirit, no matter how dis-connected we may feel. In Sanskrit, ‘man’ means mind and ‘tra’ means to be free from, so ‘mantra’ literally translated, is a bridge between the busy, chattering mind and inner peace...

Deva will be accompanied by her great band - Nepalese bansuri maestro Manose, with Joby Baker on bass, Spencer Cozens on keyboards and Miles Bould on drums - creating rich new soundscapes to carry the energy of the ancient mantras.
