What You Need to Know

Per current mandatory health requirements from the City of New York, all attendees must present proof of a COVID-19 vaccination and ID in order to enter the venue and attend the show. In attending the event, you certify and attest that you and all individuals in your party attending the event will abide by the following regulations:
All fans will provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 (fully vaccinated) – and provide proof of vaccination and ID prior to entering the venue.
Per The Town Hall, children under the age of 12 for whom there is no currently available vaccine, will not be permitted to enter The Town Hall regardless of the vaccination status of their guardians. These regulations will apply to all members of your party before they are allowed entry to the event and to any users of the tickets purchased by you. Mask wearing will required for this evenings performance.

Town Hall is committed to providing healthy and safe facilities for audiences, performers, and staff. Based on CDC, state and city guidelines at the time of performance, protocols will include mask enforcement, increased cleaning and ventilation/filtration enhancements, vaccination and ID verification, and more. Born in Puerto Rico, the renowned acoustic-pop singer-songwriter Kany García is a unique and unmistakable talent whose expressive performances, vivid wordplay and perceptive lyrics have made her the voice of young women across Latin America and the United States. After studying music at a professional level, Kany García released her first album Cualquier Día(Any Day, 2007) on Sony Music Latin. It was the most acclaimed debut of the year, earning her two Latin GRAMMYs® – Best New Artist and Best Pop Vocal Album. With hits such as “Hoy Ya Me Voy” (Today I Leave), “Esta Soledad” (This Loneliness) and “Amigo en el Baño” (Bathroom Buddy), this record was hailed by a new generation of music lovers. Her latest album Soy Yo(It’s Me, 2018), received four Latin GRAMMY® nominations and was named one of the 50 Best Albums of 2018 So Far – among all genres – by Billboard magazine. Kany kicked off 2019 on the right foot with her February 2 sold-out concert at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico in San Juan, where she was joined by such guest artists as Natti Natasha, Pedro Capó, Residente, and Tommy Torres. The concert also marked Kany and Tommy’s live debut of “Quédate” (Stay), the first single from her upcoming sixth studio album “Contra El Viento”. As a composer, Kany has written songs for legendary artists such as Jennifer Lopez, Roberto Carlos, Chayanne and more.

The multi-award winning singer and songwriter Kany García now comes to Town Hall and will play us her greatest hits and delight us with Something from her new studio album. Her duet album Mesa Para Dos, featuring 10 songs - seven entirely composed by Kany plus three co-authorship with her duet partners. Something not to be missed !!
