PROGRAM:

We are delighted that we will have the chance to hear Schubert's great song cycle Die Winterreise,

which was originally scheduled for the Spring of 2020 with one of the great tenors of today and his

valued and frequent pianist partner for this work. The program will include a brief and fascinating

discussion of Schubert's legendary composition with the text on twenty-four poems by Wilheim Mueller.

What is considered as the ultimate song cycle was remarkably written by a composer and poet who,

sadly, lived only to the ages of 31 and 33, respectively.

What You Need to Know

Per current mandatory health requirements from the City of New York, all attendees must present proof of a COVID-19 vaccination and ID in order to enter the venue and attend the show. In attending the event, you certify and attest that you and all individuals in your party attending the event will abide by the following regulations:
All fans will provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 (fully vaccinated) – and provide proof of vaccination and ID prior to entering the venue. Per The Town Hall, children under the age of 12 for whom there is no currently available vaccine, will not be permitted to enter The Town Hall regardless of the vaccination status of their guardians. These regulations will apply to all members of your party before they are allowed entry to the event and to any users of the tickets purchased by you. Mask wearing will required for this evenings performance.
