The Town Hall and the PREformances Chamber Music Collaborative have teamed up to bring Verdi’s Otello to audiences at home as part of the new Opera at Home series. Opera at Home presents operas in under an hour, sung by a diverse group of stellar singers who have graced the stages of the great United States opera houses such as the Metropolitan Opera and New York City Opera – now, due to the pandemic, singing from their own homes. The series will kick off with Otello starring soprano Allison Charney as Desdemona, Errin Brooks as Otello, and Jordan Charney as The Narrator. The pianist is Craig Ketter.
