Twenty-two years ago, GEORGE GERSHWIN ALONE premiered at the Helen Hayes Theatre in New York beginning a theatrical relationship with audiences that has continued through some fifteen productions; Chopin, Beethoven, Berlin, Tchaikovsky, Bernstein, Debussy, Liszt, Sing-Along and more.

For one night only with all proceeds going to THE ENTERTAINMENT COMMUNITY FUND, Hershey Felder returns to the show that started it all to bid farewell to this beloved character and his music that has been shared for over 3000 performances in more than 100 venues worldwide.

Hershey Felder as GEORGE GERSHWIN ALONE

George Gershwin Alone tells the story of America’s great composer, who with the groundbreaking 'A Rhapsody in Blue,' made a “Lady out of Jazz.” Featuring a full performance of the Rhapsody as well as some of the composer's most beloved songs from "Summertime," to "The Man I Love," "'S Wonderful," "Someone To Watch Over Me," "Embraceable You," "Swanee,"

this promises to be an evening to remember. As is tradition, during the encore, the audience gets to join in as we re-create an old fashioned Gershwin soiree
