Following a sold-out, now legendary three-night engagement in honor of last year’s PRIDE50 and capacity crowds across the US, Australia, Japan, and Korea, HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH co-creators John Cameron Mitchell & Stephen Trask are back with the rock spectacle RETURN TO THE ORIGIN OF LOVE, June 25-26, 2020 at The Town Hall, featuring very special guest Amber Martin and a slew of surprises from over two decades of Hedwig history - new highs, new lows, new loves, and new setlists bring beloved audiences and “Hed-heads” back to The Origin of Love Tour for a celebration of one of alt-culture’s most beloved and enduring creations.

VIP level tickets featuring a post-show meet and greet with Mitchell and Trask (December 29) or gift bag of rare collectible items (December 30) will be sold from premiere seating, with proceeds benefiting a number of extraordinary organizations working across the LGBTQIA community, including:

  

Chosen Family Law Center (CFLC), is creating a more inclusive NY and NJ for queer families. CFLC provides free direct legal services & advocacy for low-income LGBTQIA, non-nuclear, and polyamorous families; trans and gender non-conforming clients; and LGBTQIA asylees fleeing persecution. CFLC also teaches lawyers, therapists, and other professionals how to support these communities with dignity.

 

Burritos Not Bombs!, a mutual aid food distribution program in Mexico City which began in April 2020 to battle hunger during the COVID-19 crisis, proving how food assistance empowers communities and strengthens economies during the pandemic.

What You Need to Know

Per current mandatory health requirements from the City of New York, all attendees must present proof of a COVID-19 vaccination and ID in order to enter the venue and attend the show. In attending the event, you certify and attest that you and all individuals in your party attending the event will abide by the following regulations:
All fans will provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 (fully vaccinated) – and provide proof of vaccination and ID prior to entering the venue.
Per The Town Hall, children under the age of 12 for whom there is no currently available vaccine, will not be permitted to enter The Town Hall regardless of the vaccination status of their guardians. These regulations will apply to all members of your party before they are allowed entry to the event and to any users of the tickets purchased by you. Mask wearing will required for this evenings performance.
